Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots (store-bought is fine)
- 1 celery rib, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons salad olives with pimiento, finely chopped
- 2 scallions, green and white parts finely chopped
- 8 ounces low-fat or regular cream cheese, softened at room temperature
