¡Bienvenido a México! The six contestants touch down in the charming, colonial city of Oaxaca and race to meet Food Network's Chef Marcela Valladolid who explains their first assignment.

Each team must cook on a traditional Brasero charcoal grill, and they've got one hour to prepare and plate their meal at the Plaza de Santo Domingo in Oaxaca. The fires burn hot, but tempers flare even hotter as the teams discover that working together comes at a price!

Rachael's Surprise After an almost 500-mile journey, the teams arrive in the beautiful town of San Miguel de Allende where Rachael joins them to deliver the shocking news: They are competing for $50,000!
