Veggies & Dip To Go: Light & Fit Herbed Veggie Dip

Serves Makes 2 cups
2 cups non-fat Greek-style yogurt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
Salt and pepper
Assorted veggies for dipping, such as carrots, celery and zucchini spears

Mix the yogurt together with the spices and some salt and pepper. Serve with veggies for dipping.
