In honor of the make over anything show, Rachael gets the audience in on the act by choosing someone to receive a makeover with Rach's buddy Gretta. The winner? Twenty-four-year-old Cassi, who is about to graduate from grad school and look for a full-time job. "I normally have a surfer sort of casual look with crazy hair. I'd like to do something about this mop," says Cassi, who is ready for a new look.

Gretta thinks Cassi's current look is good for hanging out, but not for interviews. Gretta promises Cassi, "we're not going to take the you out of you Cassi."

The result? "I love it," says Cassi. "I definitely feel a difference. I feel more confident with this look."
