In an instant, Patti Grant and her four children's lives were torn apart by the California wildfires as their home and most precious possessions were destroyed. Patti is also going through a divorce and this is their first Christmas without her husband. To help them get into the holiday spirit Rachael sends two Christmas elves -- Gretta and Kristan -- to give the Grant family the special Christmas they deserve!

Gretta takes them on a $5,000 shopping spree at Target and then sends Patti and her daughter to a spa, and her three sons on a skateboarding lesson with their hero Tony Hawk! While they are out having fun, Kristan is at their temporary apartment putting up garland, candles and sparkly decorations for a magical holiday housewarming. To top it off Rachael also arranges for them to get a year of storage at Big Box Storage and a Disney family cruise.

Moved to tears, Patty says, "I can't thank you enough ... I'm just so thankful that we got out safely fortunately, all the kids and the dogs and the cat ... But also that I got to to go watch my kids run through Target and throw whatever they wanted in those baskets ... it was amazing."

Rachael adds, "Our hearts go out to every single family who lost a home and we wish we could give them all Kristan and Gretta."
