Wanna be on TV? Do you think you're the best cook on your block? Prove it! We're choosing five viewers to compete in an intense series of showdowns for Hey, Can You Cook?! 3 so Rachael wants to see what you've got! If you'd like to audition, send in a video of yourself in the kitchen showing off your cooking skills, creativity and personality.

Before you grab your camera, here's a few things you should know:

• We're looking for "non-professional" cooks - not professional chefs (we know you can cook!)

• You'll need to be available throughout October and November for show tapings

• Mini DV, DVD, VHS and Hi-8 are acceptable

• You must be at least 18 years old

• Audition submission forms need to be received by Friday, October 3, 2008

• Submitted videos will not be returned and will become property of the show
